Brad Williams

Brad Williams is the Director of Behaviour Tonics and Parentshop’s Division Manager for Primary and Childcare as well as a regional master trainer in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Prior to co-founding Behaviour Tonics with his wife Lisa in 2004 and becoming a father of two primary school-aged children, Brad worked with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services for 10 years, working specifically with children experiencing significant emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. Brad facilitates a wide range of professional development and parent education courses and is a consultant to many public, private and independent schools, mostly in the area of behaviour management. He has worked with over 12,000 parents, teachers and health professionals from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures, taking him from Esperance to Perth to Arnhem Land. Brad is a great character and has appeared on TV and radio to share his extensive knowledge and humorous storytelling.
