Can I track my order once it is made?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification email and this will contain the tracking number. For Australian orders, we use Express Post satchels. You can visit the Australia Post website and type in your order number, by clicking here: http://auspost.com.au/track/
When will my order be processed and arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days, however, we recommend you allow 2 weeks for order processing to allow for stock, postage and any public holiday contingencies. Delivery times will vary according to your location and postage option. As a guide we suggest you allow 2-3 working days for delivery via our preferred supplier, Australia Post Express Post.
What if my order is urgent?
Notwithstanding the above, we recommend you scan and email your order directly to firstname.lastname@example.org highlighting the urgency of your order in the email subject line. Please identify the date your order is required by within the body text to ensure we can prioritise your order accordingly.
What if I make a mistake when finalising my online purchase?
You will need to please telephone Parentshop’s office immediately to notify them of your mistake and to clarify the intended order.
