Online payment, terms and conditions
All payments of Parentshop Pty Ltd invoices and eCommerce shopping cart, using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Courses
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with a minimum of 14+ days’ notice will receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice (face-to-face deliveries) or less than 7 days' notice (webinar deliveries) are non-refundable.
Transfer Policy
Transfers to another course with at least 14+ days’ notice incurs no charge (face-to-face deliveries) or less than 7 days' notice (webinar deliveries).
Transfers with less than 14 days’ (face-to-face) and less than 7 days’ (webinar) notice are subject to a 20% administration fee of the ticket cost.
Replacement Policy
Replacement staff members may attend in your place with a minimum of 14+ days’ (face-to-face deliveries) or less than 7 days' notice (webinar deliveries) at no additional charge.
Less than 14 days’ (face-to-face) and less than 7 days’ notice (webinar) incurs a 20% administration fee of the ticket cost.
By registering for a course with Parentshop, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Parentshop Pty Ltd invoices accepts the following payment methods only:
Transaction Policy
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD $).
Payment Process
If paying an invoice, you will receive a personalised email indicating the invoice amount and due date. To pay online, press the hyperlink in the email. This will open a secure payment page in your web browser.
The secure website page will insert the tax invoice amount and invoice number. You can then use your credit card or PayPal account to pay the invoice.
If you are purchasing books or resources online in our shopping cart, you will receive a summary of the payment details prior to completing the payment process.
Confirmation
Upon successful payment processing we will send you a tax invoice email confirmation of your payment.
Payments are debited to Parentshop Pty Ltd.
If your payment is unsuccessful, Parentshop Pty Ltd will not be advised why the payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly.
Security Policy
Online payments will be processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and your credit card number will be protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet.
Parentshop Pty Ltd will not have access to your credit card details.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Parentshop Pty Ltd’s Terms & Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms & Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
Shipping for orders
Whilst we pride ourselves on our service excellence, we recommend you allow approximately 2 weeks for order processing to allow for stock, postage and public holiday contingencies. We choose to use Australia Post or courier services wherever possible which ships nationally in approximately 3-5 working days from our office based in the NSW Northern Rivers region. Please notify us in writing of any urgency at the time of your order, additional fees will apply for postage of urgent orders. Contact us if you need an exact postage price before you order.
For Australian orders, our standard postage is Regular Post. For New Zealand orders, we send by Australian Post ‘Air’.
For Online orders, the postage is calculated automatically according to your postcode when you are viewing our shopping cart.

Refund Policy
Requests for refunds are determined by the agreement in place between you and Parentshop Pty Ltd for the services provided. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
Please note that specific refund conditions apply to different products and services as set out below.
Physical items
In respect of physical items, we will provide you with a refund or offer you an exchange where:
the product is faulty or not fit for the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly bought; and the product does not match the sample or description advertised on this website.
Please send back to us the defective goods within seven (7) days of receiving them, along with the following details:
Your name and address;
Original order number; and
The reason for the return of the goods.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused.
You will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only and you will incur the charges of the delivery and return of the product. If you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made upon your return of the product.
We recommend that all returns be sent to us via Registered Mail or Courier. You will be solely responsible for any lost returns.
e-Courses
Due to the nature of downloadable software, we will only provide you with a refund where we are required to do so under law.
